Woodway sits west of Waco where the prairie starts falling off toward the Bosque River. Places along Ritchie Road and out toward Estates Drive tend to be larger tracts with a house on them, and the fencing question is usually as much about how the front of the place looks as it is about holding stock.

Grade is the other Woodway factor. A fence that crosses a slope wants to pull its corners downhill, so we brace for the direction of pull rather than treating every corner the same.

Yes. Slope work is mostly a bracing question. We set corners to resist the downhill pull and step the fence to grade so there is no gap under the bottom wire where the ground falls away. Shallow limestone on those bluffs means rock bits, which we price into the estimate.
